Led partnership with Kent University to develop and deliver quarterly academic research on UK labour market trends to increase brand authority and generate direct sales leads. RESPONSIBILITIES: Increasing county tourism revenue year on year by developing innovative marketing programs. Leading and directing the administrative, operational, sales, marketing, and communications function of the Calaveras Visitors Bureau (CVB), Calaveras County, California’s official non-profit, destination marketing organisation supported by public and private funding. Answered to a Board of Directors and local governments.
Presented monthly and annual KPI reports to government stakeholders. Represented the CVB on multiple boards including multi-county regional marketing groups - the Gold Country Visitors Association and High Sierra Visitors Council, as well as county and multiple city economic development organisations.
Grew Facebook subscribers from 7,000 to over 50,000
